I’m going to bet it’ll be 45 minutes of Leo talking over and interrupting you and Catherine spacing out or selling her iPad app. Sorry, but TWiT Photo is not the right venue for true creative talents like you who don’t have an ego to stroke or some new social media site to pimp. I won’t support twit as there’s a reason that specific podcast is on the chopping blocks. I will continue to support you though because you’re one of the rare photographers in the online world who truly does help people without some agenda of gaining mass google+ followers or some nonsense like that. That said, I hope it’s a pleasant experience and goes the exact opposite of how that show usually is. Perhaps you’ll even get to finish a sentence if Leo isn’t around.

Andrew, thanks for all the kind words about me personally – I really appreciate that. Sorry you don’t like TWiT Photo. Personally I think it’s pretty entertaining, but I certainly don’t expect it to be deep and profound. :) I did have a good time there today, and it was an interesting experience.

I tuned in at 1:00 and waited for about five minutes but never did see you on the show? It was suppose to be Pac time, correct? I’ll have to watch the rerun.

    • Michael Frye says:

Sorry about that Denise. I’ve never actually watched the show live, only recorded, and apparently it’s pretty common for them to start late. It didn’t actually get going until about 1:45. Wish I’d known so I could have warned all of you, but in any case the recorded video should be up on the TWiT site and YouTube soon.

  6. Kevin Brown says:

Great interview Michael. Would be nice to hear more from you on some of the other photography podcasts

  7. Sandy Bradfield says:

Wonderful interview, Michael! I was unable to watch live, but caught it recorded. As usual, you were a wealth of information! Thank you for sharing your expertise. It is truly appreciated.

  8. Roger Walton says:

The best episode I’ve seen yet! Thanks a million.

  9. Jim Owens says:

Sooo much great information in your TWit Photo 65 interview. Gotta get to Yosemite
    soon! Great Job Michael !!

P.S. … Still awaiting The Photographers Guide for Androids

  10. Ande Freels says:

Turned out to be the one episode of that show I actually enjoyed! Not even Catherine’s short skirt distracted me from the quality info! Great job talking about the parks and how to approach them. Glad they got a pure and talented photog on before they axed the show!
