I just got back from Yosemite on Monday, and I think the oaks are much more vibrantly yellow this year! The dogwoods were just turning when I left — I wish I could come back for that dusting of snow, but will be heading to Death Valley for Thanksgiving instead. What a beautiful part of the world this is!
